MEMBERSHIP WITH THE MACKAY UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE OFFERS LOCAL SENIORS A RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE IN BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL LEARNING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
Our classes are facilitated by both volunteer members happily sharing their expertise and experience in a particular skill or through the support of local specialised external providers.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Our annual membership period is from January to December each year.
New members pay $5 joining/admin fee + $20 for the year’s membership.

At our office using cash, cheque or our EFTPOS facility
By direct deposit using the details on the membership form

Once we have received your membership form and funds, your receipt and badge can be picked up from the U3A office. You are able to make your payment at our Office in the Senior Citizens Centre, 58 Macalister Street, Mackay.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we try our utmost, due to the popularity of some activities, membership of U3A in Mackay does not guarantee a place in the class of your choice. If a class is full, members are often able to be placed on a waiting list.
